To ensure that children's safety is put first, all members of staff have an enhanced DBS check before commencing employment.  Staff are required to attend a safeguarding course, food hygiene and 12 hour paediatric first aid course during their first 6 months of employment. Half of the staff are trained to level 3 in Playwork or Early years and the Manager has a degree in Early Years so children can benefit from trained professionals.
